Philippians 4:6"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made know to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
God has given us our needs daily, and over this past month that we have lived in our new home, He has given us every little need that comes up.
Today, we were able to purchase a rice cooker, and a vacuum! Not normally a thing people would be too excited over purchasing, but we were both waiting to purchase these two items with such anticipation! We are so blessed by what God provides for us.
We picked up both of these at a recycle shop down the street from our apartment. We shopped around checking out prices, and these were both really good deals. (i'm so happy to be able to vacuum our house!)
We have both been learning a lot more than we thought we would, about trusting and leaning on the Lord for our needs. When you can't go out and purchase the list of things you need, even when you are shopping for used and cheap prices, it really hits you hard because you see what your faith in God is, and what your trust in His providence is.
"You bring each need to Me, pray and ask for it, and trust Me to be your Provider; i'll give you your needs."
God is good. He will never fail, even when we do.
Thank you for your prayers everyone, we really, really appreciate it. We are so thankful of them.
Please keep praying for our health, we want to go strong for the Lord.
