That's right! We moved into our first HOME!!!
Monday, we signed the papers, got the key, packed a few things, made two trips in the Newell's car, and were moved! Praise God!In the back seat with the boxes.
That's our apartment on the top left corner.
This was the second and final trip to the apartment (i didn't fit in the car on the first trip).
We almost carried it all in one go! (my big strong man!)
hall/walk way to our door.
Eder promised to carry me through the door the first time we went in as it's owners.
aaandd---were in!
Praise Him who blessed us with it!
First dishes washed in our home~
Entrance to our bedroom. Mexican-Oki style, hanging in the door.
Our "living room". We don't really live in this one yet.
But it turned out to be a good blessing to us (instead of a waste of gas) because after stopping by the cafe, getting to catch part of a good morning devotion, spent time with our friends and family there; we got blessed with towels and dishes for our new home! And a toaster!
We also got to stop by Nitori (a really cool store), and were able to pick up a few things we needed for a cheap price.
So now our house looks a little more like a home, and we are completely amazed by what our God has done for us. Even this evening, we were given a box of dishes and cups, bento boxes, and a table. We are completely covered by our God.
"Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."
Matthew 6:26, 33-34
Please keep praying for us, we really, really are blessed by your prayers (not just materially and physically).
