Eder's birthday was on the 1st, which we celebrated by eating some very delicious Japanese style food (it's funny, to live somewhere but still not eat the food very often).
Our first time celebrating his birthday as a married couple!
Next, our 1 year wedding anniversary is this month. It only feels like its been half a year. We're really excited to celebrate the awesome marriage God brought together.
After that, in July we celebrate 1 year living in Nago, and in August 1 year living in our apartment.
Thank You Lord for all the amazing things you've given us and all You've done in just one year of our lives.
We are so blessed by You.
We planned kids and youth events for this and the upcoming couple of months. Sports events at the beach and park, and English game events. We're excited because we know a lot more kids and youth now, so hopefully they can all come!
We are also now going to the doctors every 2 weeks instead of once a month. This Saturday is our next appointment, about 21 or 22 weeks along, and hopefully finding out the gender. Excitement is only building each visit for this child, we are so amazed by the gift God is giving us.
We have prayer requests for the baby this month, and also for vision from God:
-vision for new ministry, new ways to meet the needs around us and in our church.
-vision for Amanda: verses and topics to teach youth girls.
-guidance and vision for children's ministry.
-providence for things needed for the Baby: bed, high chair, stroller.
A praise report we have is that someone gave us a baby car seat! It lasts up until about a little over a year old.
